Summary:
Born in a small expansion province away from Bandle City, the young yordle Sha'ah was gifted with a body able to bring dimensions together. Visions of the void came very early in her life. She did her best to bear with them, hoping they would pass. The influence of the void cult emerged in Valoran and entrenched itself with the presence of the Prophet of the Void and Voidwalker in the League of Legends. She slowly came to realize the void sought her power but she did not know what to do.
One fateful night, the will of the void took ascendancy over her body as she slept. She became an open gate to the void and it's creatures poured out of her, laying waste to her hometown. She realized that everything was taken from her as she awoke. Alone and broken, she took an unguided path to Bandle City. She never reached it. The Voidwalker attempted to eliminate her during her travel, but she survived the encounter, unconscious. Acolytes of the void collected her immediately after. Malzahar now intends to use her to further his goals. Sha'ah joined the League of Legends under questionable service of Void.

Observation:

Sha'ah quietly takes steps through the Great Hall. She prefers to walk as if still mortal despite her stature as a young yordle. Her long silver hair brushes the floor with her ritualistic dress, donned onto her by the void cultists. The look on her eyes is of a childlike soul tempered too early by pain. In the tight grip of her right and only remaining hand, a whip-like spawn of the void writhed protectively in the air around her. She examined the double doors before her and paused to read the sign above it. The double doors part as she contemplates. Then, staring straight into the darkness, she takes one step forward, into the air.

Reflection:

Blinking away drowsiness, Sha'ah found herself standing in her desolated hometown. An otherworldly will had stripped all life off of the expansion in one night, all life but hers. She knew her next decision would be to head toward Bandle City to seek help and report the situation. However, she was too young, she knew neither method nor direction to that goal.
Chilling fear and realization gripped her. The fact that her life had been spared can only be explained by her being the cause of all the death. Young Shaàh walked aimlessly around and out of the province, muttering to herself "I did not want to kill, I did not kill, I did not."

The institute painfully jolted her forward through the memory. Nights passed in her frivolous travel.
She then came upon a hill where she thought she would lose her sanity. "I don't want to die," she told herself now, "I will not die." She reached the crest of the hill and willed herself to look forward despite her weakness. Her tired eyes distinguished the silhouette of Bandle City. There was a spark of triumph, but she knew pressing forward would only end in a greater defeat. She let her body drop to the ground. Face down, she curled her body inward and smirked then slowly laughed. "I can't really enter, can I? If I do, my body will just open up for those things to come and kill again."
Sitting up, she perceived the figure of a man at the base of the hill. Blinking, she lost sight of the figure. She turned and found that the Voidwalker had come behind her with his blade bearing down. A pulse of energy came from it. Sha'ah instinctively put her hands out in front of her, attempting to shield herself. The sphere began to tear through her body, filling it with the essence of the void. The otherworldly craving that she had endured through her life had come flooding and crushing her mind. She screamed.
The sphere burst abruptly, taking only her left arm in its wake. Sha'ah knew her body had changed, she was no longer mortal. The Voidwalker had gone. She laid down to rest.
Opening her eyes once again, she awoke in a familiar refuge for void cultist. She knew the Prophet had collected her in hopes of using her power. The acolyte waiting on her approached her and asked: "Why do you want to join the League."
"I am here in service to the Prophet of the Void," she answered immediately
"Why do you want to join the League, Sha'ah?" the Acolyte repeated.
She paused, examining herself, "I am herald of what is to come- and I want no more pointless killing, no more pointless death."
The illusion dissolved around her, she was in the air again. Then, the summoner before her sympathetically inquired: "How does it feel, exposing your mind?"
"I only wish you could have truly seen what we have. It would be the finest warning you can get."
Sha'ah quietly let herself onto the floor. The summoner nodded, obliging her to proceed.

Sha'ah had joined the League of Legends.
